Design & Fabric Sourcing (1-2 Weeks)
This initial phase begins with receiving your tech packs, design sketches, or reference samples. Our design and fabric team then analyzes the requirements and presents the most suitable bamboo fabric options . We provide you with fabric swatches for hand-feel, weight, and drape assessment.
Pattern Making & Proto Sample (2-3 Weeks)
Our technical team creates the initial digital patterns based on the graded spec sheet. We then construct the first proto sample (also known as a prototype or fit sample). This sample is primarily for assessing the fit, silhouette, and basic construction.
Fit Session & Pattern Revision (1-2 Weeks)
You evaluate the proto sample on a fit model and provide detailed Fit Comments and Pattern Alterations . We meticulously adjust the patterns and may create a revised proto sample if significant changes are needed.
Once the fit is approved, we produce the Salesman Sample or Pre-Production Sample in the actual approved bamboo fabric, trims, and colors. This sample represents the final product and is used for marketing, sales pitches, and final client approval before mass production.
Bulk Fabric Production (2-3 Weeks)
After Pre-Production sample approval, we initiate bulk fabric production. Knitting or weaving the bamboo fabric is a specialized process that requires careful monitoring to ensure consistency in weight, color, and softness. Mass Production (3-4 Weeks) The bulk fabric is cut, sewn, finished, and subjected to our stringent Quality Control checks at various stages. Good quality finished products for packing.
